• Kimberley Sue Crowe, 45, 205 Countyline Auburn Road, Auburn, charged with possession of methamphetamine/grand jury indictment
• Leonard Ortega Diaz, 62, 316 Carter Road, Lot 64, Auburn, charged with false imprisonment, battery (family violence, first offense) and criminal trespass
• Lindsay June Fear, 28, 1160 Roxey Maxey Road, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Alfredo Figueroa, 33, 3142 Friendship Road, Buford, hold for Houston County
• Nicholas Antonio Figueroa, 33, 615 Beau Court, Winder, charged with driving without a valid license and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Lynn Ellen Fulton, 36, 416 Arrowhatchee Drive, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Betsy Sexton Harrison, 34, 299 Rockwell Church Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Danisha Lashae Haynes, 36, 512 W. Crogan St., Lawrenceville, charged with probation violation
• Carrie Belinda Herringdine, 30, 284 Apperson Drive, Apt. 11, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Claudia Joan Jackson, 45, 93 Panther Court, Hoschton, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving while license suspended or revoked, prescription drugs must be in their original container and possession of a schedule I controlled substance
• Wesley Eugene Martin, 32, 838 Arch Tanner Road, Bethlehem, charged with failure to appear and illegal possession of controlled substance
• Antonio Martinez-Osorio, 34, 211 Scott Circle, Winder, charged with tail lights/tail light lenses required and expired or no driver’s license
• Brandi Mashaun Miller, 37, 124 Sarah St., Winder, charged with four counts theft by receiving stolen property (felony)
• Curtis James Mooney, 30, 396 Carruth Road, Winder, charged with four counts sodomy/aggravated sodomy (no contact), two counts child molestation (no contact), two counts aggravated child molestation (no contact), two counts aggravated sexual battery (no contact), three counts sexual battery against child under 16 (no contact), two counts rape (no contact), incest (no contact) and cruelty to children in the first degree — causes excessive physical or mental pain
• Anthony Shane Nolan, 35, 853 City Pond Circle, Winder, charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Grace Elizabeth Powell, 32, 124 Second St., No. 55, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Jerrell Dean Roberts, 46, 151 Horton St., Winder, charged with two counts probation violation, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, public drunkenness, disturbing the peace and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Kenneth Michael Slayton, 53, 600 Wood Ave., Winder, charged with tag lights required, driving while license suspended or revoked and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Christina Deane Starling, 32, 333 Timberidge Lane, Auburn, charged with two counts probation violation
• Jennifer Marie Tinsley, 18, 515 Rosewood Circle, Winder, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age, failure to maintain lane and failure to report striking fixed object
• Jimmy Scott Walls, 42, 282 Herring Road, Grayson, charged with two counts deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Dustin Arnold Ward, 21, Giles Road, Winder, charged with giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
• Warren Preston Williams, 61, 69 W. Stephens St., Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• April Lynn Wolford, 21, 110 Moss Road, Winterville, charged with probation violation
