• Daniel W. Keith Brunswick, 27, 472 Three Hills Drive, Cleveland, charged with hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, failure to maintain lane and failure to report striking fixed object
• Jerome Anthony Bryan, 24, 93 Griffith St., Winder, charged with failure to obey stop sign, seat belt violation and expired or no driver’s license
• Austin Spencer Cloutier, 22, 1071 Sutherland Drive, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Tracy Ray Collins, 41, 19269 Watson Road, Athens, Ala., charged with manufacture, deliver, distribute, sell, possess with intent to distribute, three counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug-related objects, failure to maintain lane, speeding in excess of maximum limits and prescription drugs must be in their original containers
• Gary Allen Colwell, 26, refused to disclose address, Winder, charged with theft of service
• Ryan Tyler Conner, 20, 609 Warren Way, Winder, charged with theft by receiving stolen property — felony
• Lesile Zuleima Estrada, 23, 201 Daley Ave., Winder, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and expired or no driver’s license
• Karlee Marie Fisher, 18, 805 Sandy Court, Bethlehem, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and fleeing or attempting to elude police officer
• Barry Alan Ford, 29, 635 Chicken Lyle Road, Winder, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and DUI — alcohol
• Belinda Atesa Glass, 33, 700 Fourth St., No. D138, Athens, charged with DUI — drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, unsafe vehicle or equipment and failure to maintain lane
• Ryan Alan Hall, 22, 907 Westwood Lane, Winder, charged with two counts probation violation, seat belt violation and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officer
• Demond Contrail Harris, 25, 127 Hanover Place, Athens, charged with probation violation
• Domingo Rodriguez Hernandez, 57, 305 Atlanta Highway, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Natosha Haleigh Hixson, 22, 315 Crosswalk Drive, Auburn, hold for Gwinnett County
• Gerald Wayne Hood, 61, 863 Windward Road, Winder, charged with three counts deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Michael Brent Huff, 42, 500 Atlanta Highway, Winder, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Venita Johnson, 33, 212 Capitol Ave., Apt. 3A, Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Akeem O’Neil Jones, 21, 1840 Barber Creek Road, Statham, charged with expired or no license plate or decal, probation violation and theft by receiving stolen property
• Christopher Keith Jones, 25, 241 Giles Road, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Troy Lee Looney, 38, 2544 Brockton Road, Jefferson, hold for Jackson County
• Timothy James Mitchler, 35, 270 Griffith St., Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI — alcohol/controlled substance
• Christopher Alexander Parr, 43, 844 Briscomill, Lot 20, Bethlehem, charged with aggravated assault (family violence, no contact), terroristic threats and acts (family violence, no contact), false imprisonment (family violence, no contact), two counts battery (family violence, no contact) and possess with intent to distribute marijuana
• James Carroll Ramey, 47, 210 Walker Drive, Monroe, charged with aggravated assault (family violence, no contact), cruelty to children in the first degree and aggravated battery (family violence, no contact)
• Clayton Taylor Spence, 28, 946 Argonne Road, Winder, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Augustin Tovar, 21, 852 Briscoe Mill Road, Bethlehem, charged with failure to obey stop sign, expired or no driver’s license and failure to exercise due care
• Matthew Roy Upton, 27, 117 Hillview Way, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to maintain lane
• Dennis Morgan Waugh, 38, 154 Turtle Creek Drive, Winder, charged with violation of probation
• Jeremy Charles West, 27, 2620 Dacula Ridge Drive, Dacula, charged with public drunkenness
