Barrow County Emergency Officials Remind Residents to Be Prepared

September is National Preparedness Month.

Barrow County Emergency Services wants you to be prepared in the event disaster strikes.

“No one enjoys thinking about large scale disasters and unexpected events,” said Emergency Management Coordinator Penny Clack in a released statement. “However, the reality is that disasters can and do happen right here is Barrow County. The good news is you have the ability to help your family make it safely through natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks and terrorist’s attacks by preparing today.”
