Dangerous Animals

I live in Russell just beyond the feed mill and russell cemetery and midland ave.  this morning at 8:15 to 8:30 two very large tan pit bulls came on to my property and into my car port and working in tandem mauled one of my cats!!  Working in tandem these dogs had my cat by the head and by the hind quarters shaking him violently trying to break his back!  These dogs are very well groomed and have collars and tags on them.  They " belong " to someone nearby.  Please!!  If you have seen these dogs call mike and frances at 678-963-5701 and please call animal control!!  These dogs are a threat to small children and pets!!  Thank you!!
