Keep you and your family healthy during the flu season!

So you have heard of the flu, right? You or someone you know has probably gotten it at least one time in your life. It’s that nasty sickness that comes around the fall season and makes you feel miserable for a few days.

You may experience a fever, cough, sore throat, or headache, just to name a few. Fatigue and muscle aches can interrupt daily work and make children miserable at school or play. You never really stop and take time to think about the simple steps you could have taken to prevent this interruption.

First and foremost, the influenza virus is most prevalent in the months of October to May so plan accordingly. Simple precautionary steps, such as teaching your children to wash their hands and cover their mouths, will stop the spread of germs all over your living space. Washing doorknobs and other places that are touched by many people with disinfecting cleaners will also aid in killing germs and preventing the flu.
