Winder Police road stop checks

It seems every time I drive through town or the back roads of Winder, I always get behind a car that has an issue that makes it unsafe to be on the roads. Example, brake lights out, blinker doesn't work, etc. I feel that more traffic stops in several different areas might get these vehicles off the roads.
