Jay "Jake" Douglas Kite III, 28, of Braselton, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013.
"Jake was a very personable person, loved meeting people and had a big heart for helping others and was artistic and musically inclined," his obituary states.
He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Debbie Kite of Braselton, and his brother, Chad Kite of Lawrenceville.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6, at Lawson Funeral Home.
