Paul Elijah Harris Jr., 64, of Winder, passed away on Monday, Jan. 27.
Harris, a Vietnam veteran and United States Army retiree, is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ann Harris.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Feb. 2, at 3 p.m. at New Pentecost United Methodist Church.
