Homer Lee Dobbs Jr., 71, of Winder passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Dobbs was the owner of H.L. Dobbs Pipeline for 35 years and was a member of the Lawrenceville Masonic Lodge #131.
He is survived by his wife Alice Dobbs.
The funeral service was held Friday, Dec. 13.
