Barrow residents please spay and neuter your pets. It is your responsibility as a pet owner. Right now at the shelter their are multiple pregnant dogs and cats. Their are also two dogs that recently gave birth at the shelter and one cat that came in with newborns. Please do your part to help control the pet population and decrease the number of unwanted euthanized animals at our local shelter by spaying or neutering your pet.
