Nonprofit Arts Organization to Host Fundraising Event on Saturday in Auburn
The Georgia Piedmont Arts Center's annual Festival of Lights will be held Saturday in conjunction with the city of Auburn's "Sounding off the Christmas Season".
The Georgia Piedmont Arts Center will host a fundraising event in anticipation of the holiday season this Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011.
The annual will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. in front of .
The highlight of the event is a silent auction featuring artificial Christmas trees and wreaths decorated and donated for the event by local artists, businesses and individuals.

Proceeds from this silent auction will help fund the art center’s scholarship program as well as general expenses.
The Festival of Lights is an annual event and is being held in conjunction with the city of Auburn's , a celebration of the upcoming holidays. The event will include entertainment, gift vendors, food and the arrival of Santa Claus and his reindeer.
