Senior developer — Primarily responsible for converting project specifications into code for various programs or applications based upon business demands or client requests.

Director of human resources, distribution and contact center — Responsible for managing the HR staff and in monitoring HR, associate relations, hourly staffing and training activities in the distribution center and contact center in support of company values and business objectives. 

Supervisor of operations — Supervises associates involved in the installation, configuration and support of the organizations technology operations including data and voice communication networks and the Internet system.

Associate, analyst operations — Installs, configures and supports the organizations technology operations including data and communication hardware and software.

Supervisor, tech support helpdesk at contact center — Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of tier 2 and tier 1 personnel. Will be responsible for staffing and scheduling of their team as well as ensuring the staff meets all performance standards. 

Helpdesk IT support for contact center — Responsible for supporting stores across all Chico’s brands via telephone. This position will provide support via inbound and outbound calls regarding software, hardware, procedural questions, and network connectivity for all stores.

Coordinator for customer returns, distribution center — Responsible for receiving and processing returns from customers and stores. Reviews and researches problems obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures or practices. Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments.
