11th Annual Candle Light Vigil

The 11th Annual Candle Light Vigil and Art Exhibit will be held on October 4th at the old Barrow County Courthouse. The Art Exhibit is a tribute to victims of domestic violence and will feature the work of artists such as June Frazier Johnson and Barbara Odil. The art will be on display through the month of October and the vigil will begin at 6 p.m. at the old Barrow County Courthouse.
