Winder, where has my opponent been?

We, the Mayor and City Council of Winder, have developed so many new programs during the past two years, that it has been difficult to implement all of them.  If one has a desire to be on the City Council, then one should make an effort to learn the needs of the city.

What do you think about these programs:

• Emergency Medical Training and Certification for all First Responders with  the Winder Fire Department.  This will save lives.
• Planning and securing a new water source, storage facility and treatment plant that will meet Winder's needs for the next 30 to 40 years.
• Hiring a fulltime Director and developing programs to promote business through the Downtown Development Authority. (DDA)
• Working with state leaders for a much needed city bypass.
• Backup delivery system for our city's treated water.
• Implementing a new state-of-the-art system for our utility billing.

Winder is currently being managed like a 30 million dollar business.
