Youth Connection's Annual Back to School Bash

Youth Connection, a sub committee of Family Connection and Communities in Schools will host their annual Back to School Bash on Tuesday July 30th from 6pm-8pm at the Barrow Leisure Center. We are still in need of donations of book bags, school supplies, volunteers, and vendors.

Various vendors will be on site to distribute information and great gifts.

• ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST VISIT EVERY VENDOR, AND GET THEIR CARD SIGNED BY VENDORS TO RECEIVE BOOK BAGS
• NO PUSHING, SHOVING, OR BREAKING IN LINE. THOSE WHO DO WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE
• BOOK BAGS AND SUPPLIES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED UNTIL WE RUN OUT, THERE WILL NOT BE A WAITING LIST
• NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO LINE UP OR WAIT IN THE LEISURE CENTER. LINE UP WILL BEGIN AT 5:30. VOLUNTEERS WILL BE ON SITE TO HELP WITH THIS
• ANYONE WHO IS DISRESPECTFUL TO VOLUNTEERS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT RECEIVING SUPPLIES.
• CHILDREN MUST REMAIN WITH PARENTS AT ALL TIMES
• PARTICIPANTS CANNOT CROWD THE VENDOR TABLES
• BARROW LEISURE CENTER EMPLOYEES CANNOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, ALL QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY B2SB VOLUNTEERS
