Auburn Police Department Neighborhood Watch Meeting

The Auburn Police Department wants to help you keep your community safe.

On Nov. 19 at 7 p.m., the APD will hold its first Auburn Community Connect Neighborhood Watch. The meeting will be held in the Auburn City Council Chambers, 1361 Fourth Avenue, Auburn.

Auburn Police Chief Paul Nadeau said the meeting is an effort to let citizens know about the department's neighborhood watch program.

"We're trying to get some more attendance," he explained.

Nadeau wants community members to know the department is there to assist with crime prevention efforts and not just to respond after a crime has occurred.

For additional details about the program, please call 770-513-8657 ext. 219.
