2nd Annual Holly Jolly Elf Trot 5K Road Race

The 2nd Annual Holly Jolly Elf Trot 5K will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8th at 3:00 p.m.  The starting point is the intersection of Woodlawn Ave. and Candler St. in downtown Winder.  The race will wound through Old Town Winder on a scenic route of the downtown residential neighborhoods.  Participants can register at www.active.com or www.classicracesrvices.com/  A mail in form is available at www.winderdowntown.com.  Early registration is $20 until Dec. 1st and $25 thereafter.  A long sleeved t-shirt will be guaranteed to all early registered runners.   Unique awards hand made by local artist Nancy Stephens will be given to overall m/f, masters and grand masters and top 3 in each age category.  The proceeds help to fund downtown community events.  For more information, call 770-867-8808.
