Barrow County 2013 Election Results: Dixon and Sinn-Clark in Runoff
Voters headed to the polls Nov. 5 in three Barrow County cities.
Lorin Sinn-Clark and incumbent Bob Dixon are headed for a runoff in the contested Winder City Council race.
According to Barrow County Elections Supervisor Monica Franklin, Dixon received 339 votes, Sinn-Clark 310 and Nicole Tobias 102.
The runoff will be held Dec. 3.
In Auburn, Bob Vogel and William Acworth won the two at-large council seats with 123 and 102 votes respectively. Donna Scouten received 84 votes, Harold Money had 40 and Jay Riemenschneider picked up 95 votes.
Joe Price received 21 votes to beat opponent C.L. Wood in the Bethlehem post 3 race. Wood received 10 votes.
