  1. Beginning Monday, July 18, Georgia residents will have another chance to vote for a new license plate design.

  2. The Winder City Council voted unanimously to reapportion and redistrict Winder’s four wards. In reaction to the results of the 2010 census, the council voted to redraw district lines to accommodate changes in population of the wards.
