The Statham Farmers Market is gearing up for its 2013 season — applications are now being accepted from local vendors selling produce, veggies, eggs, bread, herbs, cheese, flowers and crafters.
The eight-week season will run June 1 through Aug. 31 and markets will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays. Cost is $75 for the full season for new vendors and $60 for returning vendors. Market organizers also invite vendors to sell one weekend, a couple weekends or on a week-by-week basis for $10 per market.
Applications can be obtained at Statham City Hall or by e-mailing timterelli@gmail.com.
