Retired Winder-Barrow Educator Designs Trail Honoring Veteran
The Northeast Georgian reports the Colonel Benjamin H. Purcell Trail at North Georgia Technical College was designed by Sam Stovall, a retired Winder-Barrow teacher and coach.
A retired Winder-Barrow teacher and coach has designed a running trail named for a decorated military veteran.
The Northeast Georgian reports the Colonel Benjamin H. Purcell Trail at North Georgia Technical College was designed by Sam Stovall.
The dedication ceremony for the trail will be held Tuesday, July 19.
