Raccoon Attacks Family's Dog in First Confirmed Barrow County Rabies Case of 2013

The Barrow Journal reports the attack took place Tuesday, Jan. 22.

A raccoon that police say attacked a Winder family's dog tested positive with the first confirmed case of rabies in Barrow County this year, according to a report by the Barrow Journal
