Moonshine, non-tax paid whiskey and about 40 pints of gin were seized in three raids conducted in Winder on Feb. 28, 1969 by officers with the Winder Police Department and deputies in the Barrow County Sheriff’s Department. Two other warrants were issued and raids were completed but no alcohol was found.
