Daily Dose for Job Seekers: Openings in Retail at Chateau Elan

Chateau Elan in Braselton is hiring for the following positions: 

• Merchandise manager — Responsible for the day-to-day management of specific sales departments and all associates therein, including the wine market, inn gift shop, spa and golf gift shops. Manages the merchandising efforts for the stores to maximize sales and profits. Manages teams of associates who flow merchandise to the selling floor, markdown merchandise, execute merchandising plans as well as sign and recover the store. Assists in management of all areas of store operations.
• Wine market cashier/tour guide — Assists guests in the selection of merchandise and shares knowledge of Chateau Elan wines. Six months of previous customer service experience required. Wine knowledge a plus. Must be a minimum of 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Inn gift shop sales attendant — Assists guests in the selection of merchandise, totals bills, accepts payment and makes change for customers in the inn's gift shop. Must be able to stand for six- to eight-hour shifts.
