Description: The AT&T store in Bethlehem is hiring a full-time sales support representative. This employee is responsible for the following: ordering, shipping, receiving, organizing and merchandising inventory, performing monthly inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies, assisting customers with the purchase of company products and services, features, accessories and bill payments, answering inbound calls and assisting sales representatives.
Qualifications: One to three years of customer service experience is preferred. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays and occasional overtime, have the ability to stand for long periods of time, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and the ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
