Daily Dose for Job Seekers: Opportunities for Tutors
An area tutoring center is seeking applicants to provide tutoring in math, reading and writing, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus and calculus and study skills.
The Tutoring Center in Sugar Hill is seeking tutors to provide individualized, one-to-one instruction to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
According to the job post:
All candidates must be 'well-rounded' individuals with a strong Math and English background with a minimum of 3 years of teaching and/or tutoring experience. Applicants must be energetic, have a great attitude and enjoy working with children in a fun atmosphere, as well as a good math background and have completed Algebra 1, Algebra II and Geometry in High School with A's. All applicants must have a 3.5 or better college GPA.
