Job title: Assistant manager 
Employer: Goodwill stores in and Buford 
Job description: Assist store manager in the direction, supervision and management of the Goodwill store. Engage in selling donated household items while following policies and procedures, meet or exceed budgeted financial performance. Hire, train, evaluate and supervise all store personnel. 
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of experience in supervising 15 or more people in food services, manufacturing, production or retail. Bilingual is a plus.
