Job title: Executive chef, food and beverage manager
Job description: Responsibilities include fulfillment of all culinary needs on the premises and in a fast paced environment (buffet and sit down service), menu creation, ordering, excellent leadership skills working with service staff, culinary support team and front of house team, job costing and personable client relations.
Qualifications: Five years of experience in the culinary industry necessary and a knowledge of both off site and on premise catering. Culinary degree preferred. A full understanding of necessary systems for in house and off premise delivery is necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills mandatory as well as a track record of excellent clientele rapport, willingness to be a team player and participation in creatively generating sales and marketing initiatives with our in house team. Three work references necessary.
