Job title: Associate, POS support
Job description: Responsible for supporting stores across all Chico’s brands via telephone. Provides support via inbound and outbound calls regarding software, hardware, procedural questions and network connectivity for all stores. 
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, technology oriented with the ability to become proficient in trouble shooting hardware and software issues, strong problem solving skills and working computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Job title: Team lead, distribution C shift 
Job description: Responsible for coordinating activities of associates in distribution processes. Will monitor associates performance and will coach for improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and attendance. Supports and communicates training and development initiatives, policies, procedures and company values to ensure a positive, supportive and productive work environment.
Qualifications: Two to five years of distribution experience with some college preferred or an equivalent combination of education and business experience, as well as one-plus years of leadership experience
