Job titles: Supervisor (team leader), sales associate (team member) and barista
Employer: Teavana at Mall of Georgia in Buford
Job description: Sharing knowledge of the quality, variety and benefits of Teavana teas with customers while ensuring quality guest service through active listening, the ability to identify the best products for the customer and suggesting alternatives and/or additional items as appropriate. Baristas prepare tea drinks and tea samples for customers, ensure the sales floor is fully stocked by processing and merchandising tea and tea accessories. Baristas do not have sales goals.
Qualifications: Applicants must be able to:

1. Provide outstanding customer service (greet and acknowledge every customer)
2. Help customers improve their well-being by promoting the health benefits of tea
3. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the companies’ products and services
4. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
5. Team leaders and team members should be able to effectively and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
6. Baristas should be able to prepare teas and effectively process, replenish and monitoring store merchandise levels
