Description: MISource has an opening in Dacula for a support engineer/consultant. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers via phone, e-mail and web, providing technical support and/or installation assistance to customers deploying storage into a diverse range of customer environments and use-cases, and reproducing customer’s bug scenarios.
Qualifications: Applicants must have eight-plus years of experience in enterprise IT customer service/consulting, experience with Solaris, VMWare and Linux, the ability to quickly learn technology and new products, and knowledge and experience with server administration under various operating systems.
