Carl House to Show Appreciation for Barrow First Responders

The local events facility is set to host a luncheon on Feb. 14 to honor EMTs, police and firefighters who keep Barrow residents safe.

will host a "Love Luncheon" in honor of Barrow County's first responders this Valentine's Day.

EMTS, police and firefighters who keep Barrow residents safe are invited to attend the luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14.

The luncheon is offered as a "thank you" for sacrifices made and excellent services provided to our county by these individuals, a news release stated.

“The Carl House Love Luncheon is also a tribute to my creative and beautiful mother who was born in 1925 on Valentine's Day," Carl House owner BB Webb said in the release. "She was a woman who loved easily and was an example of graciousness and kindness to everyone she met.

"Carl House looks forward to serving those who serve us so well," Webb said.
