Barrow Today for Tuesday, June 5: Winder Council to Consider Rezoning Request for Beulah Street Property

The Winder City Council will convene at 6 p.m. today at the for its regular monthly meeting.

On the agenda is a rezoning request for approximately .19 acres at 29 N. Beulah St. The request is to rezone the property from the current B-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) Zone to I (Industrial) Zone. The business that occupies the space is not permitted under the current zoning. 

The request has been unanimously recommended for approval by the Winder Planning Board.
