Winder Restaurant to Donate Portion of Today's Sales to Tripp Halstead

Find out where you can eat today and support Tripp, who remains hospitalized after a tree limb fell and struck him in the head.

Zaxby's in Winder will donate 10 percent of its sales all day today, Tuesday, Nov. 13, to Tripp Halstead. 

The Barrow County child was injured Monday, Oct. 29, at Cribs to Crayons Daycare in Winder when a limb nearly 14 feet long, 8 inches around and weighing several hundred pounds fell and struck him in the head. Tripp remains hospitalized. 

Those who would like to show their support for Tripp can dine at Zaxby's from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. today.
