Site Work Moving Forward at Gateway Station

The development is set to feature a splash fountain similar to the one at Mall of Georgia and a clock tower.

Following a delay with the project's steel building manufacturer, site work for Gateway Station appears to be moving forward.

Wayne Bartlett with Maynard and Bartlett Realty Group of Winder said Barrow County residents should see more progress on the 14,000-square-foot development this month.

The development is set to feature a splash fountain similar to the one at Mall of Georgia and a clock tower. The site will also include an acre of greenspace behind the shopping center that can be used for outdoor events, such as concerts.
