First Gateway Station Business Set to Open Late This Month

Five businesses are set to open by June.

Top Dawg Tavern, set to open late this month, will be the first business to welcome patrons at Gateway Station, a 14,000-square-foot development under construction along Ga. Highway 316. 

Wayne Bartlett with Maynard and Bartlett Realty Group in Winder said that in addition to the sports bar, a podiatrist's office and a nail salon are set to to open in April, followed by Mattress Gallery USA & Fine Furniture in March and Poncho's Mexican Restaurant in June. 

Bartlett said plans for a Longhorn Steakhouse location have been pushed back.

A total of 160 acres along Exchange Boulevard are earmarked for grocery, retail, restaurant, office and medical space within Gateway at University Parkway.
