Cooking Class at Chateau Elan

Chateau Elan will host a cooking class on Friday, Jan. 27.

Class includes wine service, a chef's hat, a recipe booklet, a full serving of each dish and a special gift.

Class is taught at an introductory level however these classes are appropriate for more experienced cooks as well.

The theme for this class is "Light and Healthy."
