  • Violation of : 2-1C. No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods (An employee was observed touching celery with bare hands. Corrected on site by discarding and advising employee to wash hands and put on gloves. No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods allowed.

  • Violation of : 1-2. Person in charge present, demonstrates knowledge and performs duties (Certified food safety manager certification expired 5/11/2011. *REPEAT VIOLATION)
  • Violation of : 2-2D. Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible (An employee was observed washing hands in three-compartment sink. Corrected on site by advising employee to was hands at hand sink only.)  
  • Violation of : 8-2B. Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used (All spray bottles with sanitizer with chlorine concentration greater than 200 ppm. Must be 50 to 100 ppm.)
  • Violation of : 12A. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display (Food stored on floor surface in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Food product must be stored at least 6 inches off floor.)
  • Violation of : 17B. Garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained (Drain plug missing from garbage Dumpster.)
