Bargain Hunters of Bethlehem Unite

Sales abound all over town following the Christmas holiday.

Didn’t find exactly what you were hoping for under the Christmas tree this year?

No problem, residents and neighbors of Bethlehem. Between terrific local businesses such as the Judson House Coffee Shop & Southern Gifts and major chain stores such as Target and Belk in the Barrow Crossing Shopping Center, the post-Christmas possibilities abound.

Pop by Judson House for a piping hot cup of coffee or caramel apple cider and a fresh baked pastry, then peruse the eclectic collection of unique home décor and gift items. The Judson House will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. all week until Friday and Saturday, when the shop will be closed in observance of the New Year holiday. Check out the shop's Facebook page to do a little window shopping before your visit and stay in the know regarding in-store specials.

Barrow Crossing Shopping Center is another great possibility with its broad assortment of shops to choose from, lending itself to a terrific “one-stop-shopping” experience close to home. Located just off Ga. Highway 316 and Loganville Highway, shoppers can grab a quick bite to eat at Stevi B’s Pizza, Subway or McDonald's before gearing up to shop at Target, Belk, Hibbett Sports, PetSmart, Rue 21, Staples and more. Many of these stores will be offering huge savings during their after-Christmas clearance and sales, so if you get a particular thrill from finding a big bargain, you shouldn’t be disappointed. For added convenience, you can even pick up champagne and New Year’s Eve dinner supplies at the Crossing’s other major anchor store, Publix.

Additional excellent shopping prospects within Bethlehem’s city limits include Bluebird Cottage Antiques & Vintage Finds and Dollar General. Happy shopping!
