Spring Phling

The Georgia Piedmont Arts Center will hold "Spring Phling," a tent festival celebrating fine arts and fine crafts, on the lawn at the GPAC cottage. In addition to arts and crafts vendors, the festival will feature free adult mini-art lessons, art activities for children and musical entertainment.
