Apalachee Grad to Present at Local Arts Festival this Weekend

After recently finishing up an internship with Disney, Whitney Wheeler will offer three free mini art lessons focusing on cartooning during the event.
The festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.
