106 West to Host Comedy Showcase on Saturday Benefiting Cancer Patient

The event is for those 18 and older due to language and admission is limited to 200 people.

This Saturday, July 21, in Winder will host a special comedy showcase and proceeds will benefit a Dacula resident undergoing treatment for cancer. 

The event is for those 18 and older. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show will begin at 8. Admission is limited to 200 people, so get tickets in advance by calling 106 West at 770-868-1977 or arrive early on Saturday to purchase tickets at the door. Tickets are $20, cash only. 

"We're encouraging people to come out, be ready to laugh and bring a few extra dollars too ... for the food and raffles," organizer Shannon Mingione said in a post announcing the event.

The comedy showcase fundraiser will benefit Robin Hayes, who is undergoing treatment for a fourth recurrence of cancer.
