Site Work for Phase Two of Farmington Hills Apartments Starts
Site work and construction is expected to take about a year, according to the property manager said.
Site work for what will be 72 additional units part of the Farmington Hills apartment complex on Haymon-Morris Road has started.
Ann Turner, property manager for the existing Winder complex, said the anticipated completion date is fall of next year.
“It depends in part on weather and that kind of thing,” she said
“We’ve had really good success for phase one and we’re already taking applications on phase 2 as well,” she added.
Anyone interested in completing an application can drop by the office at 1506 Farmington Way in Winder.
