Patch Picks: Make Every Day Earth Day

Get involved by demonstrating a commitment to environmental protection and sustainability by pledging to do at least one thing or make at least one change to live greener.

Earth Day, observed annually in April, is a day set aside to encourage individuals and organizations worldwide to demonstrate a commitment to environmental protection and sustainability. Dubbed "A Billion Acts of Green," the initiative encourages participants to record their pledges online.
