The event will be held at Fatz Cafe in Winder.
The Friends of the Auburn Public Library will host a pancake breakfast fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 1, at Fatz Cafe in Winder.
Tickets are $7 per person and will be available for purchase beginning Jan. 8.
