Joy’s Home Cooking

The meat ‘n’ three restaurant is a Southern mainstay, though good ones are disappearing from our landscape at an alarming rate. Lovers of home cooking in Barrow County need not despair because Joy’s is serving up some of the best around — fried chicken, collard greens, squash, green beans, dressing, mashed potatoes, corn and fine fried green tomatoes. An all-you-can-eat hot buffet and salad bar is available daily. Joy’s serves up fresh food every day, so it is  “never the same buffet twice.” Be sure to save room for the banana pudding and other homemade desserts.
