News Nearby: 'Haunted Mansion' Replica Home Goes on the Market
The 10,000-square-foot home is listed for $675,000.
Dacula real estate agent Matt Hermes recently listed what may be one of the more interesting properties currently for sale in Gwinnett County.
The home, located at 3816 Turnberry Court in Duluth, is a replica of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion. According to Hermes, the home is the only known house in the world modeled after the actual architecture of a Disney attraction. The owners, Hermes noted, actually measured the Haunted Mansion in order to replicate the attraction's size.
"Incredibly, the owner of this masterpiece found the actual foundry that Walt Disney had used to make the iron details of the original Haunted Mansion and had them make the iron for this house,” Hermes added.
