DESCRIPTION:The Athens Clarke County Leisure Services Department is hosti
 ng "Family Time Paddles" on select Saturdays during the summer at Sandy 
 Creek Park.\nFamilies can visit the park on May 12\, June 9\, July 21 an
 d August 18 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and enjoy paddling a
 round the lake.\nThe program is for families and children ages four and 
 older. The fee is $8 for ACC residents without a boat and $5 for residen
 ts with a boat. Non-county residents pay $12 or $8 respectively. The fee
  is per person\, per Saturday morning paddle.\nRegistration and payment
