Established in 2005 and based in Braselton, Leftover Pets is a licensed animal shelter facility and also operate low-cost spay and neuter clinics. The majority of the animals in Leftover Pets' foster program were rescued from high euthanasia shelters — those with 80 percent or more kill rates. Pet adoptions are done by appointment or on adoption days, which are held from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every Saturday at PetSmart in Bethlehem.
