Barrow County residents are under watering restrictions. 

Residents with even-numbered addresses can water on Saturdays, while residents with odd-numbered addresses can water on Sundays. No watering is allowed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. either day. 

Those growing gardens can use a hand-held watering hose to water daily. Using a sprinkler system is prohibited. 

Winder residents are also under outdoor watering restrictions. Residents with even-numbered addresses may water on Saturdays from midnight to 10 a.m., and those with odd-numbered addresses can water on Sundays between midnight and 10 a.m.
